Cover Letter Creation

Recruiters receive scores of resumes every week from folks looking for a job within the company. Most (all should) have a cover letter attached. A good cover letter is short, concise, and lays out exactly what you are looking for and why you are qualified. It should give the recruiter a reason to call you.

The cover letter, usually read first, is your chance to stand out from the crowd when entering a hiring manager's or recruiter's stack of resumes. It can make the difference between getting the interview and having your resume ignored. It should complement, not copy, your resume. Based on years of experience, we follow some key basic rules that would make your cover letter attractive.
